1 kg chicken beast 1 carrot 1 celery stick 1 onion 4 garlic gloves - crushed Knob of ginger - sliced 1 tsp chicken stock powder 3 egg whites 2 corn on the cob - pulsed in blender Spring onion for garnish 2 tsp corn flour
Place chicken Breast, stock powder, mixed veg , and garlic / ginger into a pot and cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Strain soup, shred chicken and pour stained soup back into the pot and thicken with a 2 tsp corn flour slurry, mixing in egg whites, the blended corn, and the shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes of until thick.
Plate up and sprinkle BiGG Five Spice and top with spring onions!
