    Crispy tofu with sweet chilli and BiGG Coconut Satay

    INGREDIENTS

    BiGG Coconut Satay Seasoning
    25g corn-starch
    150g Firm tofu
    sweet chilli sauce

    METHOD

    1. Dice up firm tofu into any size you like.

    2. In a bowl place the corn-starch into a bowl and toss the tofu in the starch ensuring it is well coated.

    3. Shallow fry tofu in a hot pan in 0.5cm of oil until brown on all sides and crispy.

    4. Toss the crispy tofu into a bowl and lightly coat with sweet chilli sauce

    5. Plate up your tofu and sprinkle BiGG Coconut Satay all over and enjoy!
