Dice up firm tofu into any size you like.
In a bowl place the corn-starch into a bowl and toss the tofu in the starch ensuring it is well coated.
Shallow fry tofu in a hot pan in 0.5cm of oil until brown on all sides and crispy.
Toss the crispy tofu into a bowl and lightly coat with sweet chilli sauce
Plate up your tofu and sprinkle BiGG Coconut Satay all over and enjoy!
