BiGG Coconut Satay Seasoning250g scotch filletMarinade2 garlic cloves½ tsp grated ginger¼ tsp cumin powder¼ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp coriander powder1 tsp fish sauce½ tsp lemongrass paste10ml cooking oilMETHOD
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes
Combine all of the marinade ingredients together into a blender and process until smooth.
Slice scotch fillet into long strips and combine with marinate for at least an hour.
Thread marinated beef onto skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes until lightly charred, rest for 2-3 minutes.
Plate up your Satay skewers and throw heaps of BiGG Coconut Satay Seasoning on top.
