    BiGG Wasabi Seaweed Avocado Toast with poached eggs

    INGREDIENTS

    BiGG Wasabi Seaweed Seasoning
    2 slices toast
    2 eggs
    tonkatsu sauce
    1 avocado, sliced
    lemon wedge, for garnish
    1 spring onion, for garnish

    METHOD

    1. Poach the eggs until your desired doneness, toast your bread at the same time.

    2. Top your toast with sliced avocado, and the poached eggs.

    3. Garnish your meal with a drizzle of tonkatsu sauce, spring onion and a big handful of BiGG Wasabi Seaweed.
