    Wasabi Seaweed Avocado toast and egg

    Ingredients:

    BiGG Wasabi Seaweed

    1 egg
    1/2 avocado
    1 piece of toast


    Method:

    1. Poach the egg in a slightly simmering pot of water with a splash of vinegar
    2. Slice and fan avocado and set aside
    3. Toast and butter your toast
    4. To plate, place toast on a plate, then your fanned avocado and poached egg
    5. Top with BiGG Wasabi Seaweed
